A documentação que integra esta subsecção diz respeito à cidade de Penafiel e ao seu termo. Os livros que escrituram a sisa da cidade referem os montantes da arrematação anual deste direito, que oscilam entre os 13 000 réis e os 40 000 réis, sobre os vinhos vendidos fora do exclusivo da Companhia. Este imposto não foi cobrado entre 1823-1829, pelas razões já expostas. Os livros que escrituram a sisa do julgado, registam os montantes da arrematação anual, oscilando entre os 460 réis e os 3 5000 réis, o qual também não foi cobrado entre os anos de 1823-1829. A documentação produzida nesta Subsecção reflecte as competências e as respectivas funções atribuídas.
